No problem! The collection team will bring a proper scale to accurately measure the weight of the items. The price will be adjusted accordingly
How can I trust the pricing is fair?
We offer cash on collection (CoC) payment option (whether by physical cash or QR payment) if disputes arise from weight discrepancy. If the customer chose other payment methods, and weight discrepancy comes up, we will try to resolve payment disputes during collection.
Collection Process
How should Quranic texts be placed during transportation?
When transporting Quranic texts in a vehicle, the texts need to be placed higher than the feet of the occupants. Quranic texts beside mushaf, it is permissible to place the texts on top of each other.
How should Quranic texts that has become fragile be handled?
It is recommended to place the texts in a container or bag and label it as fragile.
